Using the geology of Britain as a palette, these pots are made entirely from rocks and clays that have been collected from specific locations around the country. The colours and textures that have been produced are a direct result of the reaction of the minerals present in these materials, to the heat and flame of a wood kiln.
Each piece thus illustrates the distinct geology of these locations.
