Kate’s practice involves continuous exploration of form and surface, with particular emphasis on experimentation and process.
Inspired by geological formation and the transformational nature of time, she searches for the most intriguing sense of strength and fragility. Tearing and breaking clay slabs to create vessels with undulating edges, fault-lines and fissures.
