John Higgins

Inspiration comes from all that’s around me. I invite the
spontaneous, the unexpected, and the expressive, to make its way into my
work, that is, I allow the clay to have a voice in the making. The work makes
reference to the functional.
I am a member of the IAC. (International Academy of Ceramics, Geneva.)
I am a fellow of the CPA, (The Craft Potters Association UK.)
I am president the DCPG, (The Dacorum and Chiltern Potters Guild.)
I Organise the annual Potters Open Day which now has an international status.
I Exhibit, do workshops and demonstrations, nationally and
internationally.
