Clare Palmer

My work is rooted in personal experience: exploring the themes of emotional upheaval, evolution, acceptance and continuity. I make stoneware and porcelain wheel-thrown sculptural vessels, as well as hand-built, wall-hung and table-top sculptures. Glazes, engobes and oxides create subtle variations of tone, to reflect the nature of the experiences explored.
