PLEASE NOTE:
In 2024 the fair moved back to the main school campus on the opposite side of the road to the sports hall, where it had been held for a few years. The parking areas remain the same and there will be marshals and plenty of signage to get you to the entrance in the main school quad.

Taking the train
Oxford Rail Station & Oxford Parkway are both two miles from St Edward’s. Taxis are available from outside the train stations – or the 2 bus from Parkway or the S3 bus from Oxford Rail Station both stop at the South Parade West bus stop on the Woodstock Road, directly outside the school walls.
Bus Routes
Buses from Oxford City Centre (Magdalen Street, stop C1)
No. 2/2A bus every 10 minutes (Stagecoach)
Alight at the Summertown shops and walk along Oakthorpe Road. The school gates will be on your right.
No. 6 bus – every 15 minutes (Oxford Bus Company)
Alight at the South Parade West stop on the Woodstock Road. From here you will be able to see the Lodge. The school gates are a little further along the road.
St Edward’s school is about a 20 minute bus ride from the railway station on the City 6 bus or from the ring road on the 300 Peartree Park & Ride bus.

Travel by car
If you are coming by car there is parking available over the road from the main school campus – just follow the signs off the Woodstock Road and our parking marshals will be on hand to help you. Or you can use Pear Tree Park and Ride and take the number 300 bus to the school or the Oxford Parkway Park and Ride and take the number 2 bus.
ACCESS
St Edward’s School is a fully accessible venue, and is all on one level. There are several parking bays outside the main entrance for visitors who hold a blue badge. Follow the signs and there will be marshals to show you where to park.

We welcome visitors with accessibility animals to Oxford Ceramics Fair. Service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are permitted in all public areas of the event. We kindly ask that service animals remain harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with their work. REFRESHMENTS
Refreshments will be served in the Old Dining Hall, where a range of hot & cold drinks, soup, sandwiches, wraps and delicious cakes will be available. Just follow the signs.
The nearby Summertown area provides a multitude of eating options – head for Banbury Road via South Parade running alongside the school.
