For the last 40 years I have been making soda vapour glazed pots, raw glazing using slips and a pallet of firing schedules to produce a wide range of functional pots. In recent years I have developed a range of work “Soda Shino” Inspired by the Mino pots of Japan. Shino type glazes are fired alongside the slipware pots in the soda kiln.
